My goal in writing this book was to inspire readers to commit a few minutes each day to the Lord our God. Once you spend some consistent time with God, you will realize that He speaks to us through His word. Each of my devotionals are connected to scripture and in Hebrews 4:12, His word is living, active, it penetrates and it judges. My personal story is presented to reveal the transformation God has made in my life. I have not led a perfect life and many mistakes have been made along my journey and there will be more in the future. However, only through my daily time in God’s word have I found my strength and His Holy Word has prevented many of my blunders from becoming disastrous. During the trials, I questioned God’s involvement but as I look back I would not change anything. I needed those experiences to grow my faith and really trust His omnipresence.
